My old Registration Key doesn't work for Version 3.0

Hi

I am trying to update to Version 3.0 and I have an unlimited Registration Key but when I put in my details it won't accept it.

When I try to sign in as a returning user it brings up a message "Registration key is not valid. But it is valid because when I  check under DVD Profiler "Tools" "Registration Information" they key is there.

Please help!!
