No I'm having issues with sort as well, about five of my blu-rays had punisher as sort title and when I tried to change it some worked but I cannot change the sort title on the getaway or chicago, at the moment 'The Punisher' has 'Chicago' as it's sort title, 'Chicago' has 'The Getaway' and 'The Getaway' has 'The Punisher', and I cannot change them, I have tried both the main edit page and also the personalise section and it just won't retain the information on some profiles.

I've got a problem with this as well... I edited the sort titles of some of my DVD's (i.e. Bottom Series 3 which has as sort title 'Bottom: Series Three' while 1 & 2 have Bottom: Series 1 and 2 respectively). But when saving DVD Profiler doesn't save my Sort Title edits.
Is there a workaround for this or do I just have to wait for the next release?

Just found out that it works if I edit both the DVD Title AND the Sort Title...
