There was this movie I saw back in the mid to late 70s.  It was a cowboy comedy slapstick.  The main character wore a super tall ten gallon hat and at the end of the movie, he takes off his hat and his forehead is super long taking up the entire hat.  I would appreciate anyone who can identify this movie.
