When syncing, it currently displays 3 dialog boxes.

The first, is the connecting one. Not a problem with that.

Then we get the 'Receive from Mobile Device' one. That's good.

But for me, the 'Send to Mobile Device' dialog could be moved to somewhere under the 'Tools' menu item.

Or maybe have a checkbox in the 'Receive from Mobile Device' to say if you want to bother checking/changing stuff in the 'Send to Mobile Device' dialog.

Now I've set up my options, I probably won't change them, so to me it just 1 extra step I don't need.

Yeah I noticed that.

The issue I'd have, is that I start dvdprofiler once and only exit when I shutdown/restart my pc. Which I only do when Windows decides to load updates that require reboots. The rest of the time, its minimised or in use.

You could always do an 'auto sync'. So whenever dvdprofiler changes, if your mobile device is connected, just automatically sync it in background. Hmmmm
