Oh dear. i think my work computer is now infected  Yesterday, when i went to one site i use, F-Secure said adobe flash update or some file like that has changed its launch file. Cant really translate it to english but it gives a warning everytime something changes in a file. But nothing should have changed cause i didnt update any program  |

Although I can't make you too much hope here, if you really got one of the more malicious ones all you can do is a clean reinstall (incl. new BIOS!!). But before taking such actions please check your Adobe-Update settings, if you didn't change the default settings it updates automatically, so it could well be that the changing of the launchfiles is a legit action.
