I just picked up Feast 2 and was wondering if anyone has come across an unrated version.  I thought it was being released unrated, but find one.

AFAIK, there' only the unrated version. If there's a rated version somewhere, it not available online, so that must be something for stores like Blockbuster, Walmart etc, which don't like stocking unrated versions.

How is that film (not considering that potentially some gore is missing)? I loved the first one and wonder if the second one is a descent enough follow up. (Thanks, btw, I was not aware of this one).

I haven't watched it yet.  I grabbed it from Walmart and it is rated.  So I haven't opened it yet.  If there is an unrated version out there (going to check Best Buy tonight), I am going to take the one from Walmart back.

If you're into the Unrated horror movies, steer clear of Wal-Mart.  I believe all the "Dimension Extreme" movies are R-rated versions, but EVERYONE else has Unrated versions (hence the whole reason for the "Extreme" label).  I guess Wal-Mart is big enough to get their own censored versions of releases.

Other than Wal-Mart (and I believe Blockbuster rentals) you would be very hard pressed to even find the R-rated version.  Searching online I can't find a single retailer offering it, they're all "Unrated".

-edit-
While searching I also found mention that Wal-Mart pulled "Teeth" and "Inside" off their shelves a few weeks ago.  I find it funny that you can walk up to the counter there and purchase a rifle or a shotgun and as much ammo as you can carry, but they don't want you watching gory movies.

I ordered a copy from Best Buy to pick up in the store today after work.  Then I will return the other one to Walmart.

Walmart is odd sometimes.  Some days you find off the wall Asian films like Meatball Machine that I can't find anywhere else and some unrated films.  Other times you can't find anything.

I gave up on Walmart for music long ago and I guess it is time to watch what movies I pick up.
