Is there any way to run plugins without the Windows user account being an Administrator?

Right click on the DVDProfiler icon and choose "Run as..." here you select the Administrator account, DVDProfiler is now running with admin rights.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

But then it wants to load a database from the Administrator account's My Documents.  Would I then have to specify the correct folder and database?

Having admin rights should not be necessary to use plugins, but it might be required to install them. If you have problems with a specific plugin, post your questions in the Plugin forum. Most plugin developers have a dedicated thread for each of their plugins there.
