I love looking at cover images, but I always see the same one when the program starts.

Is there a way to tell the program to display titles at random on program start?

Any add-on that will randomly flip thru images like a "wallpaper changer"?

I am not sure on the welcome page, as it shows upcoming items on the wish list, but for the image changer, you can always use the screen saver pitcher show.... go to C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\DVD Profiler\Databases\Default\Images perform a search on *f.jpg, copy those items to another directory then point the screensaver to that.  If you are into looking at the back images, just use the folder mentioned

For example this screensaver. Simply follow the instructions in the info.txt and adjust the settings.xml to your needs

You can use the "Collection Gallery" in DVD Profiler. From the Menu: View>Collection Gallery.

You can save a filter set while your collection is sorted randomly then use a command file to load the filter set when profiler starts.

Here's how in case you don't already know.  Use the random option to sort your collection, as an optional extra you could tick the substring search box on the filters page so that its always ticked (and so you can perform a substring search from the search box on the menu bar) but thats up to you.  Then save the filter set as set1 on your C:\ drive.  Next create a new txt file and type the below into it:
Loadfilterset C:\set1.flt
Save this txt file onto you C:\ drive also.  Name it commandfile.txt.  Now add the txt below to the target field of your DVDPro shortcut:
/commandfile=C:\commandfile.txt

It worked!
I also went a step further and customized the directories ...

The shortcut:
D:\Apps\MMedia\DVDProfiler\dvdpro.exe /commandfile="F:\My\Docs\DVD Profiler\Filters\commandfile.txt"

Contents of F:\My\Docs\DVD Profiler\Filters\commandfile.txt
Loadfilterset "F:\My\Docs\DVD Profiler\Filters\set1.flt"
