Why is Homer Simpson calling Jesus, Jebus at some occasions?

There's a couple of theories. Some believe it's a deliberate ploy to avoid being accused of blasphemy.
Others believe it's a reference to the fact that Jerusalem was originally called Jebus in the Old Testament and Homer simply gets the names mixed up.

Edit: there's also the possibility that it's a reference to the urban myth that a bible was once mis-printed using Jebus instead of Jesus.

I might also be just Homer being Homer, not the brightest.
And that he simply believes the guy everybody references is called Jebus cause he just hasnt listened or doesnt care

When they ship him off to that island in one episode he says "But I dont even believe in Jebus".
So.. maybe its as easy as.. he has no idea who it is and what he's called

Family Guy also references your edit there in an episode
