Cemetery Man (013131-309393) released 6/13/2006 by Anchor Bay Entertainment.

Is anyone else having a problem with this R1 profile? It isn't even showing up in the database anymore.

I recall seeing a contribution not long ago for it, and when you clicked on it to vote, nothing at all showed up, it was simply "blank".

Now, someone else has submitted a contribution and when you click on it you see absolutely nothing at all again to vote on. I can still view the contribution notes for that pending vote however, and they are "ucp was not in dvd profiler database anymore" so obviously there's a problem.

When I try viewing the profile in my online collection...there are no images on the profile. This definitely had images approved in the database before. If I click on "View Contributors" in the program it now shows nothing. If you search for the title in the database, you find nothing. It was a fully valid profile of a release sold practically everywhere, and no user has submitted a "remove" request.

This might be a technical support issue, but it's also a contribution problem it seems.

I remember this happening with one of my DVDs once (can't remember the title). I think once the re-submission was accepted the profile appeared again.
All I can think of is that it's been accidentally deleted from the online for some reason.

I am seeing the same thing. Hopefully the new contribution will fix it. But like you... when I click on it to vote it shows nothing. I just wonder if that is because there is nothing to compare it to.

That's what I was thinking, but there also appears to be odd contribution issues with the profile. It's almost as if it's in the database and not in the database at the same time. The pending contribution shouldn't even be up for voting to others if it's no longer in the database, yet it is...and "blank" when you attempt to view/vote on it.

If I remember correctly I'm sure Ken has stated in the past that a profile is not truly "deleted" but instead is flagged in some way as invalid and so disappears from all online lists.
The strange behaviour you describe may be due to the fact that the system knows there is something there but is unable to show you anything.

The contribution notes don't say anything about flagging it for deletion:

don't have to be flagged for deletion in the contribution notes to be accidentally deleted. If it was done that way... there is enough of us to vote no on it to stop it from happening. I think it was something more like It was a mistake on Invelos side or the profile somehow got corrupted on the main database.

Same here, shows nothing to vote on, so i made it neutral, but that isn't solving the situation

I am, of course, seeing the same empty voting page.

I just put in a trouble ticket for Ken for this problem. We'll see what he has to say.

Responce from Ken

Yes, it appears the profile was previously deleted, possibly by accident.  I've approved the resubmittal.

There seems to still be some sort of problem with the images in the profile. They don't seem to download when you open the profile in the database, or show up in your online collection.

They are apparently in the database; if you try to contribute them you see an image comparison; but not visible otherwise.
