| | Posted: | | | | I ordered "The Librarian" DVD series from Amazon.com and noticed , while adding them to DVD Profiler, that Australia is the only locality that has a Blu-Ray version of all three titles. | | Posted: | | | | This often has something to do who owns the rights to the movies in which country. It happens alot in Germany too, some "smaller" titles are released here (some small company owning the german rights then) and not in the UK or USA. On the other hand, a lot of "smaller" titles are released in teh USA which will never see a German release probably. They track the region codes of various Blu-ray releases. UK, European and Australasian users will get more use out of the Region A list. | | | | Adelaide Movie Buffs (info on special screenings, contests, bargains, etc. relevant to Adelaideans... and contests/bargains for other Aussies too!) |
