I bought the Twilight blu-ray from Best Buy yesterday, updated the profiles/online lists, entered the UPC and found it didn't exist.  Thought that was weird for a high profile title.  Anyway, so, I created a profile, submitted it, etc.  This morning when checking some of the other user submitted updates, I noticed that two people had submitted profile updates for Twilight on the UPC I thought I was submitting yesterday but mine hasn't been approved yet. Checking into it further, I finally found that Paul H. had submitted the blu-ray profile already (earlier in the day) so I withdrew mine.  His isn't showing up for me though.  When I enter the UPC, it comes up as not found.  I even copied and pasted it and on my end it still shows up not found.  Others must be able to see it though since they've submitted updates so why can't I?  On my end, I've now taken the legit UPC profile entry that I created and changed the UPC to a made up number so I could keep the profile until I get the already submitted one.

Any ideas?  UPC in question is 025192022289 and it's for the blu-ray of Twilight (purchased at Best Buy). Mine is identical to the information, scans, etc. provided by Paul H. and my problem is I can't get his profile to show up locally even though I know it exists.

Edit: Should this be in the technical support section instead?

It is because while it has been approved as of 4 am this morning, it has not yet been released into the database. That will happen tonight sometime, usually after 1 am EDT more or less.

The reason you see updates is because others did as you did and submitted their own profiles. Paul was first to submit and so is now the default and all the other profiles submitted become "updates" without being intended as such. Hopefully they will do as you did and withdraw theirs if they have duplicate or less complete information.
