I don't want to lose it as its a great monitor but I simply don't have the room (it's huge) plus I've been using my TV as a monitor for the last couple of years.  Tried it out yesterday and it seems in good working order.

As it's so heavy it'll have to be local pickup only or I could drop it off if you're close.

(Gonna piggy back on your thread)

Same offer - I've got two large CRT computer monitors in the Seattle area.

Well mine is too but due to space limitations it's outside in the side passage and it's been raining so it'd probably blow up if you plugged it in

If you don't get any takers, you could always take them to your local recycling center and get a few bucks for them. My brother does this with the old, gutted computers that the company he works for throws them away.

If mine would break down I will search for a new second hand CRT, because I don't like LCDs as they are only sharp in one resolution.

I used to think the same as you D.D. - but then I simply got used to keeping it at the max resolution.

I love my LCD's now.  So much less space being used and doesn't kill me trying to move it.
