I Checked my German DVD of Frailty (4006680028125) and Corrected some Mistakes.

Contribution Notes:

Added CoO (Lions Gate Films => USA).
Corrected Studios from the Written Credits.
Added V3.5 Crew Members from the Credits.

The Main Production Studio is Lions Gate Films, that's an US Company.
Unfortunaly there is just one Field for CoO(That was the response to the No-Voter).

One No Vote with the following Text (12 Yes Votes):
CoO Italy & Germany too (http://www.ofdb.de/film/18174,D%C3%A4monisch) or (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0264616/)

Decline Reason:
An invalid source, such as a third party database, was listed in the contribution notes. Use of a third party database is not allowed per the contribution rules.

The only one, who used a 3rd Party DB was the No-Voter. Is this corrected, or am I wrong?

Seems to me like an error made by the reviewer. Your notes as listed in your post nowhere mention any outside (or otherwise invalid) source. Will probably get through if you contribute it again. Maybe to avoid confusion you could specifically mention that all data was taken from the DVD or the cover.

The only thing that I can think of that may have caused it is that Lions Gate Films are actually the distributor for this film, not the production company, so we don't actually use them for CoO.
I don't know off-hand where my copy of Frailty is otherwise I'd look, but you're looking for a credit that reads something like "A <company name> Production", or if there isn't one try the copyright at the end.
Either way, it's definitely an American film, so I think SCG63's right - it's much more likely just a mistake.

From my copy, US version, credits from back of case:

"Lions Gate Films presents a David Kirschner Production in association with American Entertainment Co and in association with Cinerenta/Cinedelta...."

Copyright notice is "Copyright 2001 Cinedelta Internationale Filmproduktionsgesellschaft mbH & Co. 1. Beteiligungs-KG."

Well unless there's a company called David Kirschner Productions (which is possible), we go to the next one in line which is American Entertainment Co. - and I think anyone would have a hard time trying to persuade me that's not a US company!

Based on the production companies, the listed and unlisted, your change was correct.  It is unfortunate that we only have one field but, because of that, the first listed should be the one used.  In this case, both David Kirschner (David Kirschner Productions) and American Entertainment Co are US production companies.

As to the reason for decline, assuming you contributed exactly what your notes indicated, it seems to be in error.

There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.

Yes, looks like an error.  I've reevaluated and overriden the decline.
