I was however sad to discover the version I purchased, was cut. Probably 3 scenes, but the one I remember from when I saw it in '85 was the romantic dream scene on the train.

Edit: actually it looks like it got re-released just over a year ago over here, and according to the back cover is now anamorphic. HMV have that release for sale at £3.99 plus shipping. I'm afraid I don't know if they ship internationally. The EAN of the re-release is 5014138302023. | | Posted: | | | | According to the BBFC this new release is specifically marked as an "uncut version" and runs 99m 16s. Also the previous MIA release is marked as having a runtime of only 95m 18s.
