| | Posted: | | | | Hi all, I recently installed DVD Profiler and had a question about the Movie/DVD rating in your personal information section for each movie. I understand that the movie rating would be how well you liked each movie, but I am a bit confused for the DVD rating aspect. How do other people use this rating?

| | Posted: | | | | The DVD rating could be used for the overall DVD (picture, video, features and movie). You can go in and rate the video, audio and features.
Tools > Options > Display and on the left is a section called "DVD Review" where you can rate based on Movie/DVD (the default), just the movie and Detailed (you can pick movie, video, audio and extras). | | | | Last edited: by The Movieman |

Andrew I believe this would be your place to rate the quality of the DVD or the features on it. You might love the movie but have a bad transfer with a low quality picture. Or the extra features were not what you expected. |

| | Posted: | | | | Do you mean the review? If so there are 4 options that you can enable: movie, video, sound and extras (the setting for this is in the display section of the options menu). I see no review for 'DVD' though so I think we may be talking about different things.
Edit: After seeing the above 2 posts I went and had a play about with the settings and I see what you mean now. As jgilligan says the DVD review would be for the disc overall and as MovieMan says you can also choose the detailed option to rate each individually. | | | | Last edited: by MarEll |
