| | Posted: | | | | I went to add the volume 2 DVD of Wolverine and the X-Men to my wish list and was presented with Mr. Bill - Christmas Special / Mr. Bill's 20th Annivers in it's place. How can one fix that? Even Amazon.com is screwy with this UPC
Wolverine and the X-Men: Deadly Enemies UPC is 031398111344. source being dvdempire.com and videoeta.com
Mr. Bill - Christmas Special / Mr. Bill's 20th Annivers is actually a part of Mr. Bill's Disasterpiece Theater: The Definitive Collection which the UPC is 031398111443. Source being dvdempire.com
The only way that I can think of to fix it is to just correct it within my profile, resubmit and hope that it goes through. Thanks for any that can shed some light on what to actually do. |

| | Posted: | | | | There's nothing that can be done for this one. Although fairly rare duplicate titles having the same UPC does happen. There's a cover scan in the existing profile of 031398111344 that clearly shows the barcode so we have to stick with the first in the database. |

| | Posted: | | | | yup... if the first release (Mr. Bill) has a rear cover-art showing that the UPC is (or even was at first) correct the original release needs to stay in the online. All you would be able to do at this point is add it using Disc ID when you get it.

I really wish the DVD distributors wouldn't repeat the UPC codes, every DVD release should have a new UPC. At least it's not a Blu-Ray or I'd be potentially smeged with this situation. |
