| Posted: | | | | I have a question regarding box sets with slip cover, more specifically the recently released Star Trek The Original Generation Season 1 Blu-ray set:
The set comes in a thick HD BD case, with inside it swiveling trays that hold the 7 discs. On the outside, there's a slipcover.
For now, the child profiles were set to HD Keepcase (without slipcover) and I submitted a contribution changing them to 'with slip cover'. So far this has gotten 2 negative votes, saying slipcover doesn't apply to child profiles.
I think when a set includes a slipcover and each disc has it's own HD Keepcase, this is indeed true. However, in this case, all discs are together in the same Keepcase, on top of which is a slip cover. Was I wrong to submit it as such? If I was wrong, how should I contribute in order to make so that the cover of the child profiles doesn't show a double blu-ray banner, as is the case now (without the slipcover ticked)?
The rules on this matter aren't very clear to me so any insight would be welcome.
Thanks in advance for the feedback | | | Blu-ray collection DVD collection My Games My Trophies |

That's an unfortunate snag. As it is now, I suggest instead of using the outer slip cover art for the child profiles as well, you actually scan the keep case cover for use on the child profiles. |

Taro, there is an outstanding submission against all those children to replace the current scans with the keep case scans. Assuming they are approved in a couple days the double banner will be gone. | | | Bad movie? You're soaking in it! |

Assuming they are approved in a couple days the double banner will be gone. Ah, OK, that solves it then. Thanks for the explanation everyone! | | | Blu-ray collection DVD collection My Games My Trophies |
