| Posted: | | | | Hi
I want to add the following 4 dvds to my collection but there does not appear to be any UPC code for them:
1) Melbourne Storm 2007 Victory Pack UPC 9314748021052 2) Australia's Greatest Races - UPC 9398710309492 3) Fred Dagg Collection UPC 9418212008034 4) Melbourne Storm 2007 Grand Final UPC 9314748021021
Could someone please assist?
Thanks |

Thanks but how do I get a copy of the cover of the DVD and all the info on it? Didn't you get a cover when you bought the dvd? If it's not a genuine copy then you are not allowed to add it to the database. |

If it's not a genuine copy then you are not allowed to add it to the database. Yes of course I have a cover. I still have the dvd. But how do I get the cover onto my computer? |

You'll need a scanner to transfer covers into your computer. If you purchase the Profiler program you'll also gain access to the hi-resolution covers that other users have added into the database here. | | | Corey |

I have purchased the program but there is no Hi Res covers for the 4 DVD's that I have outlined, so can I cut and paste this from another site? |

| Posted: | | | | No you can't contribute covers from someone else website, as there is usually watermarks, which is against the contribution rules.
The covers don't mysteriously appear, or any of the other items of information about the dvd. They need to be contributed, from someone scanning the covers and contributing them, someone like yourself. IF you do contribute a profile make sure you read all the contribution rules, before you do. |

The system is not showing that you have purchased the program. If it has just been a few days then the payment may still be working it's way through paypal and has not yet reached Invelos. | | | Paul |

| Posted: | | | | As soon as the programme's logo appears next to your username on these forums, your payment will have fully processed. Try to download Hi Res covers again by then. |

IF you do contribute a profile make sure you read all the contribution rules, before you do. If you don't have a scanner and appear to be the only owner of this dvd (as no existing profile would suggest), then I see no harm grabbing covers from an online site. Now as to submit them to the master database, I think I'd leave that alone and keep the covers local in hopes of someone else with a scanner contributing real scans. Or take em to a friend's house if any of your buds have a scanner. Yeah, don't submit anything you grabbed from online, unless you got it from a hi-res custom cover and scan site like r1db, since those won't be watermarked. |
