| Posted: | | | | If you are asking if he should get two Make-up Effects credits i'd say no, because they'd be redundant without the ability to overlay them with the custom field ("Makeup Effects Supervisor" or "Makeup Effects Designer").
One credit indicates he did the makeup effects. | | | Bad movie? You're soaking in it! |

| Posted: | | | | Just one credit is how I've been doing it for situations like that. Now if it was "alien/monster/zombie design and make-up effects by" I'd give 2, creature disign and make-up effects. |
