Its the entire cast list after that; I expect it's listed that way because the cast list is sandwiched inside the crew credits. | | | If more of us valued food and cheer and song above hoarded gold, it would be a merrier world.

This apparently is a documentary, and the term "Surfer/Cast" is in place of like "Cast in alphabetical order"
If this is the case, then "surfers/cast" is just the heading for the cast list (surfers and such). If this is the case then''
