A couple years ago (late 90's beginning of 2000) I worked in a videostore an saw a great movie wich I can't remember the title of. The plot is set to a small town where a teenager goes around and breaking windows at the stores and get arrested. He manage to get the wardens keys (without his knowledge) and goes back out and breaks more windows and stuff. He locks himself into jail after. The Police Chief had a son that died and he claims that it is the jailbirds fault that he died... I can't even remember any of the actors, it might be a straight-to-dvd release, it was in Norway, but might have been shown in cinemas in other countries. Anyone knows what movie I'm looking for, and where to buy it on DVD/BD?
