Here are some of my ideas.

Babylon 5: Complete Series = The Babylon 5 station
The Back to the Future Trilogy = The Delorean car from each movie
Batman(1966 Movie) = Batmobile
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang = The car
Christine = Christine(car)
Close Encounters of the Third Kind = The Mothership
The Day the Earth Stood Still = The ship or Gort
E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial = E.T. or the ship
Fantastic 4 = Grimm
The Fifth Element = The cab
Forbidden Planet = Robby the Robot
Galaxy Quest = the NSEA Protector
Ghostbusters I/II = Ecto1, Slimer or the backpack
Gilligan's Island = A Hut
Godzilla(1998) = Godzillas head

Herbie the Love Bug movies = All inside of Herbie

You can find most of these at a local hobby shop. You'll find them in the model section. If not there, try the internet. Several are OOP and may be a bit pricey.
