| Posted: | | | | I have a TV box set with all 5 seasons in it. Angel: Collector's Set. The box has a UPC but the seasons books do not. The problem is that you ether have to enter the cast and crew in with dividers for 30 disks or create a child profile for each season. But with no UPC on the season books there is no way to set the UPC/disk ID for each season. You can make manual profiles for them, but can you contribute the child profiles? My guess is NO. But the other way of entering all 30 disks into the main profile is my guess why no one has done the Angle box set. |

| Posted: | | | | I don't know if this is the case here or not. But the disc level profiles my not be in the database because they might use the same disc IDs as the child profile for the season releases. If this is the case the child profiles are already in the database but with the cover art for the season sets.
If this is the case I would suggest using those profiles and just change the cover art locally. This is how I had to do it with the I Love Lucy complete series set.
If they are not the same disc ID... and just not yet in the database then the way I would do it is make profiles per disc by disc ID. As I believe you get better info this way. | | | Pete |

| Posted: | | | | Ya I just pulled existing season profiles and added them to the box set. I'll just lock it off. But it's to bad that others will have to find their own way to fix the problem. |
