| | Posted: | | | | Happy New Year to all of you!! I didn't have a good start today. My oldest cat died this morning at the age of nearly 16. It was not surprising, because he was very sick - but I miss him anyway. He died peacefully without pain in the arms of my daughter. I've now 2 cats left (the both of my avatar). Sorry to hear about your loss kahless!  16 is a long life for a cat, but it's good that he died peacefully and without pain. My last cat (Aspen) died from an Arterial Thromboembolism when he was almost 12, which was terrible. Luckily my best friend's father is a Veterinarian and he received the best care possible. | | | | Corey |
