Two BY contributions just got declined because: "An invalid source, such as a third party database, was listed in the contribution notes. Use of a third party database is not allowed per the contribution rules."
In the contribution notes I got at least three sources for every actor under the same name and also several sources with the BYs. So, what is wrong then?
The two contributions were for:
Mr. Skeffington EAN 7321900673051 UK
The Petrified Forest EAN 7321932652260 The Netherlands

We are working on the honor system, but the BY has to have been accepted in a contribution to be included in the list. | | Posted: | | | | In your contributions, you provided many links to sources for birth years, but you did not specify enough information about the actors themselves in the notes. In your notes, you should include which movies and or roles each person was in. You don't have to list them all, but you need to list something. "Actor X in movie Y is not the same as the producer of movie Z who also has name X", and also provide links to support both of their birth years, or at least the birth year you are adding. | | | | Invelos Software, Inc.
