If you stick to the wording of the OMB rule it's "NO" If you stick to it's (IMHO quite evident) intention it's "YES" What do you think? | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!

To me that would carry over to inspired by but that is a very uneducated guess and I certainly wouldn't argue it one way or another.  |
