With the change to the 3.6 rules-update Ken was explicitly asked to integrate the "prosthetic"-credits. Alas, to no avail. So with the current rules the answer is "No" - Definitely not "Artist" and the rules disallow the correct "Effects".   | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!

| | Posted: | | | | Been keeping these local for almost a year now, so when the word comes down they are acceptable I have dozens of profiles ready for small tweaks and re-submissions. I think I did credit a couple as make-up effects here and there, depending on the mood of the day. I follow the rules 99% of the time, sometimes I bend them slightly. So a couple low-budget dtv horror films that only I own already have them for mkae-up fx. By the time anyone notices they will be acceptable.  |

It was asked about when Ken was doing the updates... but unfortunately (if I remember right) it wasn't until after Ken already requested no more updates other then polishing up what was already there. As he needed to get them out.

Like I said, I am not opposed and if I were the Zombie, i would change it TODAY, I would have already done so, in fact, the last time it came up.
