I have noted a few of these recently, frankly i don't know about them. I would follow the old adage, when in doubt throw it out, in this case leave it out.

This is an interesting question.  While the rules now prohibit 'unit' crew, there is no mention of 'location' crew.  Let's use a Babel as it is a better example.  It was filmed in three different countries...Morocco, Mexico and Japan...using three sets of supporting crew.  Should those crew be left out simply because they were used in Morocco and not Japan or Mexico?  I don't think so.  In my opinion, they should be entered using a divider.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.

Agree with the Martian.

Do the credits have Unit crews separately, as well?

If so, I would say yes to the ones you listed in your first post as crew members.

Since the rules don't explicitly say Location crew.  Dividers would work as there are already contributions using them for Special/Visual effects companies.
