The musical would have two sections - the musical part (here called Music and Lyrics By) which Yeston is credited for, and the spoken part (here - and often elsewhere as well - called Book By) which is Kopit. It's basically a way of saying that Kopit wrote the 'play' part of the musical and Yeston the musical numbers.
They'd both be OMB credits for the musical.
