| Posted: | | | | I discovered that the cast list of one of my profiles was repeated (all actors represented twice: All the actors listed as they should and then listed again). First I saw that the online profile was updated, so I refreshed the profile. The cast list stayed the same (and I verified before refreshing that the cast list was correct in the online profile). Then I edited the profile and removed the excess. It still stayed there! But now it was repeated once again and for each time I tried to edit the list, it was repeated. The Horror!
The next thing I'll try is to clear the entire cast list but before doing that, Ken maybe want some information from me to try to locate the bug?

| Posted: | | | | Doesn't anyone else experience this? It seem to have infected several of my profiles now. It's horrible!! Cleaning the cast list and saving, doesn't change a thing. HELP /Mikkel | | | DVD Profiler på Dansk |

| Posted: | | | | OK, more information: It seems that when when deleting one or more cast members (crew does not seem to be affected), the remaining cast list is copied and appended at the end, so if my cast list looks like this: a b c d e and I delete e, it will look like this: a b c d e a b c d However it only seems that this affects some profiles that have "the bug", other profiles I can edit nicely. It seems to affect profiles I have already edited in some other way but I am not sure about this... What's worse, I have contributed a lot of profiles and I have no overview over which ones of those might be affected by this. /Mikkel | | | DVD Profiler på Dansk |

Anyone know of a way to find all profiles with cast lists where the same actors are listed more than once or identify these titles another way? /Mikkel | | | DVD Profiler på Dansk |

| Posted: | | | | FWIW the profiles affected are ones entered by Disc ID and there is a fix in 3.0.1 when it gets released. | | | It is dangerous to be right in matters where established men are wrong |
