| | Posted: | | | | Hi everyone. I come from Québec, Canada and I try many, many, many time to contribute by adding DVD from Québec, but you ALWAYS declined all my contribution.
I really do not understand. I indicated the change I mad with my contribution. All my change provided from the DVD I own.
I practically never change anything. I use the profile of the already existing DVD and I change the CUP and the locality for Quebec, Canada. Some times, I change the pictures for the Québec version of the DVD. All my contributions are refused. I find that completely ridiculous.
I find it damage because this is the Québécois users who are punished since all our DVD are particular due to our regulation here. |

I think the part I highlighted is the reason your profiles are being declined. If you don't change the overview, scans, rating or anything else that is specific to Québec, from what is in the profile you copied, it will get declined as the data is incorrect. | | | No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.

But, if I understand, I should scan the dvd pictures back and front and It would justified my change. The screeners will see where I keep my information. I'm correct?

contributing images that match the actual release at least helps.
I'm not sure about this at the moment, but if I recall correctly, when you click on the "contribute"-button, you are (even for new profiles) asked whether you want to contribute the images too. If you haven't scanned the new images yet, just uncheck the box. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't the overview usually in French? If yes, those should be changed as well as anything specific to Québec. I would say so. There's times when I contribute a new profile, but the only thing I really change is the locality from US to Canada, since everything else is (often) exactly the same. But I will usually do my own scans as well just in case there is a small difference. |
