| Posted: | | | | Hi, I wanted to contrubute a new profile (Ilsa - She Wolf of the SS), which has not been rated in Germany but the contribution was declined with the reason: "The contributed profile is an adult entry, but was not marked as such. Please set a genre as Adult or the rating as Adult." So how shall I mark this contribution, when this profile has not been acutally rated?? And no, I will not rate it as "FSK18" and remove it again in another contribution^^. I mean this is a mistake by the DVD Profiler team and should be accepted. Sounds that it's my fault, that there is no rating^^ |

| Posted: | | | | What's wrong with marking the genre as "Adult"? It can still remain unrated, but will allow adult filtering for online purpose. | | | My Home Theater |

| Posted: | | | | There is a genre called Adult in the English language version. If you're using the German language it may be called something else, but it should be there. | | | My freeware tools for DVD Profiler users. Gunnar |

| Posted: | | | | Adult should be in the standard list of Genres under "Action" If you are not seeing it maybe try a database repair |

It has been "Erotik" which has been even more misleading. I have yet to see an adult profile (according Invelos standards) which is not porn. Everything I have seen in the US locality is either "rated" or the new "unrated". But of course you are correct that technically "adult" is not limited to porn. |

| Posted: | | | | I would not classify Ilsa movies as porn. But it certainly is adult themed IMO. | | | My Home Theater |

| Posted: | | | | I wouldn't classify it as porn either, but if there is no other way, I try "Porno" in my German translation and recontribute it again. Hope this translation will be fixed, because adult is not only porn, could be something else. | | | Last edited: by MassL |

| Posted: | | | | Ilsa - She Wolf of the SS was, as I know, never officialy released in Germany. (I don't think there are many "not rated" movies that got an official release in Germany, because of the legal consequences) So be sure you do the profile for correct locality.
If a movie doesn't get any rating in Germany it is automatically just allowed to sell at Adults, so an Adult rating would not be wrong.
But the "Spio/JK od. ungeprüft"* rating does also mean the same in Germany. *not rated
I just can imagine because of the cover it looks like some kind of porn, so the screeners think it should get the Adult/Porn rating.
Imho in Germany it is not always easy to draw the line between Porno/Adult and Spio/JK od. ungeprüft/not rated. The descriptions on the covers can be the same. |

Don't worry, I've set the locality to Austria (it's an austrian release), but It's not rated either. It's part of a box set (Ilsa - Die Trilogie), which was released on June 4th. | | | Last edited: by MassL |

Is there nudity on the cover? If yes, I would guess that's the reason why the screeners see it as Adult/Porno and not as unrated. Never had this problem, so I've got no hint how to get it through as unrated. |
