| Posted: | | | | Have a problem with my I-Tunes program ( v 9.2.0.61) It runs fine and no problems except I cannot get a Genre to stick .. I right click/getinfo/info/ -- down to genre opens a large base of many styles of Genre , pick one and it won't stay.. it just stays blank.. Do I have to uninstall Itunes / reg edit/ and reinstall? or is there a switch somewhere that is not placed?? Thanks for any help as ITunes is a commercially viable free site and I'm sure there are numerous friends here who have this program that can help point the way,, even if it is to a web site . .I posted the same scenario on Apple web site forum .. Then I did a Google check for the same search engine on my key words and the Google only had one forum question on this and it was Mine.. | | | In the 60's, People took Acid to make the world Weird. | Posted: | | | | revisited my old post on this and got one answer back., I have to type in genre to stick and not use a drop down tick box .. So semi solved .. | | | In the 60's, People took Acid to make the world Weird. Now the World is weird and People take Prozac to make it Normal.

| Posted: | | | | by typing in a few letters the name(genre) 'extends' to its fullest so its not too bad.., I just always in the past put the check mark and away I went ... | | | In the 60's, People took Acid to make the world Weird. Now the World is weird and People take Prozac to make it Normal.

| Posted: | | | | Oh yeah took me a while to realize that I could type anything into the box, not just the preselect genres. | | | First registered: February 15, 2002 |
