| Posted: | | | | If Joe Shmoe Presents "The Next Big Picture" and there are different Producer and Executive Producer credits, does Joe Shmoe still get some sort of Producer credit? Joe Shmoe in this case is a person and not a name of a company. | | | My Home Theater |

| Posted: | | | | I've been keeping them local as well. Some are important like Dino De Laurentiis, whos films often say "presents" for him and credits the company of his name for producer. I'd say he's key to those films being made and the "presents" is more of an uber-producer credit, almost a title like Sir.
Then there's those who get a fat check to attach the name and sell dvds, I usually don't bother with them locally.
Those who write a fat check and get their name along with a SAG-or-whatever group credit, I'm undecided on. |
