| Posted: | | | | Really not sure since once something is in my collection I don't keep tabs on that sort of thing unless I eventually have to replace it. But I do know from a friend looking for a copy that... Spider-Man: The '67 Collection Region 1 Released: 6/29/2004 Full Frame 1.33 is now out of print and even used copies are rather expensive. At Amazon Marketplace they run as cheap as $67.50 (used) to as high as $195.55 (new). So I sure hope I never have to replace my copy! | | | Pete |

So I sure hope I never have to replace my copy! Wow. I have that, too. I only paid $25. I also have the first printing of The Seven Samurai, which I understand is rare, but basically worthless as it's rare because it got replaced with a superior version fairly early on. |

Savage Streets 2disc SE might be the most valuable so far. Thursday used to be, but bootlegs have hurt the real deal prices, I used to sell those for around $150 on ebay, now they're around $40-60. |

| Posted: | | | | I have a copy of The War Game, which is currently on sale at amazon.co.uk for £75. It was £100 about a month ago. | | | Do you ever find yourself striving for perfection with an almost worthless attempt at it? Guttermouth "Lemon Water". Also, I include in my Profiler database VHS tapes, audio DVDs, audio books (digital, cassette and CD), video games (digital, DVD and CD) and 'enhanced' CDs with video tracks on them, as well as films and TV I've bought digitally. So I'm an anarchist, deal with it. Just be thankful I don't include most of my records and CDs etc in it too; don't think I haven't been tempted... |

I also have a copy of that release. It was region 0 and had a doc on the restoration of the film. Toho made Criterion replace it with a second release that was region 1 and did not have the documentary as they only had rights to the film in region 1. I also have the third release and the bluray. pdf | | | Paul Francis San Juan Capistrano, CA, USA | | | Last edited: by pdf256 |

| Posted: | | | | I think the most ridiculously priced item of my entire collection is not a DVD, but the 2CD set of Miami Vice: The Complete Collection. There's 2 traders on Amazon looking to get close to 400$ for this one I used to play this in my car once in a while, but this weekend I ripped it to my IPOD. Don't want to take any unnecessary risks. As for rare dvd's, the 2 below appear to be a bit expensive Supergirl: Limited Edition (Anchor Bay) Hellraiser / Hellbound: Hellraiser II - Limited Edition Tin (Anchor Bay) | | | View my collection at http://www.chriskepolis.be/home/dvd.htm
