| Posted: | | | | So I placed an order with this company on 12/20, and my credit card was charged on 12/20, $10 for a blu-ray I couldn't resist. The next day I wanted to add another flick to my order, but couldn't log on to the site. Emailed and got a reply in minutes. Couldn't fix it and stopped hearing from them.
A month later I email and ask where my stuff is, no reply. Now I've been trying to email all the time and still no reply. It's not just me, their facebook page was filled with "where's my stuff" comments (all cleared off last night). There was a phone number on the order confirmation that is disconnected. I haven't heard from this guy since 12/22 despite demanding refunds for the last 2 weeks.
I know now I will never get my disc, and will fulfill my promise to destroy his business by spreading the bad word to anyone who will listen. No matter how good the sale, it's not worth it as you probably won't get your stuff. Maybe half the members on horrordvds who bought into that sale have recieved any of their orders, the rest are right there with me, frustrated and ready to kill this guy. Who knows how many other sites he infected, but if you see him here, tell him to happy funtime off.
Burn in hell Horrormovieempire, next email goes to the better business bureau, and I will destroy you! |

| Posted: | | | | Probably filed Chapter 11 and kept accepting orders until they closed. Good luck getting anything back.
Contacting the BBB will do absolutely no good since Horror Movie Empire is not BBB accredited. | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |

When the name is burnt they simply pick a new one, collect money for about half a year and move on. The only thing that might be of assistance here is the Fraud Department of the FBI. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

| Posted: | | | | Sorry to hear that bigdaddyhorse.
I have ordered tons through HME in the past and never had a problem.
I have an order out with the same sale, but I'm not pressed about it. He's come through for me many times in the past and I have plenty to watch until it comes in. For what it's worth, a buddy of mine recently got his stuff after about a month's wait, so they are still sending stuff out. Hope you get your order. | | | Reviewer, HorrorTalk.com

| Posted: | | | | Hoping you paid with a credit card and not a Visa/Mastercard Debit card, because if you did, it might be tough getting the money back. If you paid with a credit card, then just file a dispute with them. Remember you do have 60 days from the transaction date to do this. | | | We're on a mission from God.

I've had Paypal rule in my favor before, yet couldn't refund the payment due to the seller's account being "empty". That was several years ago, but maybe they've changed by now. | | | Corey |

| Posted: | | | | I filed a claim with Discover today so one way or another I should be covered, Dis. hasn't failed me yet on the few other claims I've had. I'm also sure my last email will completely ensure I don't get my order from him, unless he already sent it before getting the email. |
