| Posted: | | | | My premium account appears to have disappeared. Initially it said my alias wasn't recognized. So I recreated the account. The client keeps saying it's loggin on and uploading but now the web service says my profile is empty. When I try to put in a ticket Support tells me I have a free account and can't create tickets. I have my registration key from when I bought the premium app and registered it if anyone needs it but it's also attached to my email address so it should be findable.
Things were working fine last week. What's going on?

| Posted: | | | | Visit the Registration link at the top of this page and click the Update Key option. Enter your old registration information there and a new key will be generated and assigned to your account. | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Representative |

Tried that and the key updated and says it's "unlimited" but I still can't access premium services and my profile is still empty. Gerri sent a private message asking for my registration info which I've sent to her. Your help is appreciated. bb |
