Strange though that a bad drama may be very funny, but I never heard of a bad comedy that would pass as a good drama. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! | Posted: | | | | There are not as many examples of terrible comedies which still come off as unintentionally funny and wonderful to watch, but I offer one such example: Skidoo. The film is a non-hip version of "hip" '60's culture, LSD references, and it is just plain awful. When it was released in 1968, it was unwatchable. Now it is stupid, wrong-headed, and hilariously camp. I suspect jack and Jill might endure the same fate... 45 years from now. | | | If it wasn't for bad taste, I wouldn't have no taste at all.

Hey Junior, don't get so excited about one year more or less. I could tell you how life is when you're 45 ... if I could still remember that age. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

| Posted: | | | | Wow, everything I hear or read about this film just makes it sound worse and worse. Can't wait for the library list to get to me, I think I'm gonna love it!
Or, at least it will be funny, one way or another..
Or, please don't be the worst waste of 90 minutes ever... |

| Posted: | | | | In 1968 I got thrown out of college. I attended a Martin Luther King speech, I took Jimi Hendrix to Jim-Denny's for a burger, and Bobby Kennedy was shot in the same room I was in. 44, 45... same difference to me. I'm somewhere between 60 and 65... does the specific year really matter? Skidoo was garbage then... and funnier now, but not for any reason the filmmakers intended. | | | If it wasn't for bad taste, I wouldn't have no taste at all.
