Donna Summer
Mary Kennedy - Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s wife
Mitchell Guist - "Swam People" tv series
Chuck Brown - Go-go music pioneer
Doug Dillard - Bluegrass banjo artist
Jean Craighead George - Author of over 100 young-adult books

... and not to minimize the seriousness of any death to a particular family, but The Joker said it best: "If you gotta go, go with a smile." ...
Robert Gene White - A 67-year-old man of natural causes after receiving several lap dances at a strip club
If at first you don't succeed, skydiving isn't for you.

He who MUST get the last word in on a pointless, endless argument doesn't win. It makes him the bigger jerk.

Also Donald 'Duck' Dunn

Wow!  Was just thinking about the MG's the other day when some Stax/Volt song was stuck in my head.

I would never have stumbled across this, if you hadn't posted it, Blair. One of the better childhood authors I read that stuck with me was Jean Craighead George. My Side of the Mountain was one of my favorites.

In the 60's, People took Acid to make the world Weird. Now the World is weird and People take Prozac to make it Normal.

What?
Man, I thought he was the only hope for any "Celebrity Rehab with Doctor Drew" persona to succeed. He seemed like a cool guy too. R.I.P. Rodney, we were rooting for you.
