I have been using DVD Profiler for several years, but I have never been able to understand the pattern or conditions where some movies display a numerical average of submitted reviews that is visible over the "star" icon for Online Reviews and some do not.  Many movies in my collections have reviews but the numerical average is not displayed. 

I have tried many searches in the forum and the help section, but no threads on this subject were found.  It could easily have been overlooked on my part.

Can someone please explain how this works or point to an existing explanation?
