I'm trying to add a valid Blu-ray child profile via Disc ID (ID6980E426EF5EF4E) "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2" from a new Blu-ray box set released on 9/25/2012.

This is currently NOT in the database via that specific Disc ID.

But, according to the past contribution notes the profile has existed in past and was then deleted from the database because the profile was somehow incorrect.

It was originally submitted/approved into the database 11/12/2011, and was then "deleted" from the database on 12/3/2011

The only thing I can see via the contribution notes is that it was deleted for this reason:

Quote:
Wrong child profile for this blu-ray Harry Potter the deathly hallows part 2 3d film

Please delete

The problem is that if I submit this profile as a new contribution, it shows up as "blank" to voters, and is apparently not in the queue for new profile contribution approvals.

I'm not sure why it even shows up for voting, since it's technically not even in the database, but it does.

Do I need to open a support ticket for this?
Corey
