IMDB has him listed as director. I wonder where this leaves Star Trek now. He can't surely do both if he is directing, the whole new Star Wars trilogy.

It seems William Shatner isn't thrilled with the choice.

While I enjoy Shatner, I am not sure his brand of acting would go well in a Star Wars film.  Abrams is a great director, but I don't think even he could pull it off.  Not for all of the sushi in the world
