Recently I noticed a 1941 BY for actor David Warner somehow slipped into my database. Didn't find any documentation on it. I was submitting a change to Batman: The Animated Series Vol 2 when I first noticed it. I thought I'd removed the BY before submitting but it appears in the now approved profile. It also appears to be in the main database since I didn't have to check any warning boxes about submitting a new BY (or was it already in the profile to begin with?). I considered submitting a contribution to remove it, but decided to go through David Warner's CLT results to see if there was another David Warner. I found one other David Warner, an editor credited with a 2010 BBC Natural History series "The Great Rift".

David Warner is a prolific actor with nearly 1400 profiles to his name. A BY may be more trouble than it's worth considering the actor has never worked as a crew member as far as I know. Should this BY be propagated?
