I'm working on audit now (Mimesis) that has a credit for "Inspired by Night of the Living Dead" and then credits the writers of that classic. Do they get OMB or not? I'm leaning towards no, but "inspired by" is so close to "based on" which does get credit I have to ask and be sure. Tried searching but found nothing. What say yous?

I am inclined to agree.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.

I don't want to sound like a follower but...

I agree with the other three. In my mind that meant the movie is an hommage (or something like that) to Night of the Living Dead.

Profile/audit done, submitted and I left this off. I haven't got to watch the film yet but from the trailer it looked like somehow they were transported into NOTLD, or a situation just like it happens. Looks like a blast either way, and what I saw in opening credits was fun.

Then the unthinkable happened: a dope tune was playing over the end credits and I couldn't recognize it. Title was obvious though, and it turned out to be ICP. I used to kinda like them, but then met em (Shaggy was cool as happy funtime, J notta so much) and their music fell off, so I haven't really kept up since like 2000. This sounded nothing like what I recalled so I was stunned to have been grooving on ICP. Maybe I'll check some other tunes, but I have heard parts of a few newer things and those all sucked huge IMO.
