UPC different on cover and slipcase

Hi all,

After having a contribution knocked back for the UPC not matching the cover scan I noticed that there were actually different UPCs on the disc cover and slipcase. I've resubmitted the DVD with the UPC from the cover but wondered if this was a common thing?

It happens. Store specials, limited first printings with slip cover etc.
