| | Posted: | | | | I've had this happen before - a database repair has always taken care of the problem.
On the top of profiler > Tools > Options > Utilities > Repair Profiler Database.

| | Posted: | | | | Because the covers are space-consuming the online collection will only show the covers that are in the online collection, not necessarily your own.
If your covers aren't visible that means no one (you included) has them contributed to the online database yet.
You can do that by choosing Online -> Contribute DVD Profile -> Include cover scans
Please make sure that these covers are the official ones (no custom covers) and that the barcode matches the ID of the profile. | | | Karsten

| | Posted: | | | | I have just uploaded 4 DVD's to my online collection. I have also updated my Mobile Phone and Tablet after this upload but the Cover Scans for these four (and probably more in the past) were not downloaded. Is there something I have left unticked? |
