Uploaded new movie on PC but it isn't showing up in Online collection

I'm new to the online collection so I'm sure I'm just not doing something right.  If I add a movie on my upstairs PC why isn't that movie showing up in my online collection?  Do I need to push out a new download to my online collection from my upstairs PC?  If so, how do I do that?
