Per the rules disc features are to be listed only for the child profiles, so where do I put the features found on discs 4 & 5?

After long consideration between the 2 options you have posted. 1 do it the correct way, or 2 do it the way which would be incorrect. I'm going to have to agree with the others and do it correctly.
