Trying to determine if the actor Don Stroud appears in the movies The Ballad of the Sad Cafe or Slacker.

This is what he looked like in the 1989 film License to Kill.

IMDB says that there are two actors by that name.

1

The Slacker actor

So trying to find out if the actor pictured is the one that's in The Ballad of the Sad Cafe or Slacker.

If one would want to trust our database, we have him in 4 titles

2 x Don Stroud (Slacker / The Ballad of the Sad Cafe)
1 x Donnie Stroud (Post Grad)
1 x Donnie D. Stroud (Dandelion)

If this is true BY is needed

1943 for the actor in the pic
1964 for the Art Director / Actor
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

I would say the Birth Years are needed.

The photo shown in the first post is the 1943 Don Stroud. I own quite a few films that he acts in, and I'm quite familiar with his face.

I also own Slacker, and have seen that film a number of times over the years. The 1943 Don Stroud is most definitely NOT in Slacker. It's another Don Stroud altogether that appears in that film.
